About the Engagement:
A large international organization is setting up a new Strategic Initiatives team. C-level stakeholders give it specific questions, and the team analyzes data quickly to form a clear point of view. For example, two large programmes that run separately today (such as IT change and risk remediation) may need a recommendation on how they should work together.
The starting team is 2 Business Analysts and 2 Data Analysts. They work side by side and with senior stakeholders, often in live war-room sessions.
