- Support customers during acceptance testing and rollout of new functionality.

Що очікуємо
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).
- Experience with tools for modeling and analyzing business processes (e.g., BPMN, UML)..
- Experience writing technical and user documentation.
- Experience working with devices and understanding their integration into business processes.
