- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Map and document business processes, workflows, and data flows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI automation.
- Prepare functional requirements, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams.
- Work closely with developers, AI engineers, and project stakeholders throughout implementation.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst in software projects.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Experience creating workflow/process diagrams and functional documentation.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and JSON.
- Experience working directly with clients and technical teams.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in Healthcare / HealthTech / Health IT / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Understanding of healthcare insurance or payer-related processes.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems, HIPAA, or healthcare integrations.
- Experience with AI/LLM products, AI agents, RAG, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with FHIR or healthcare APIs.
