- Build and improve the Abuse function: processes, responsibilities, priorities, SLAs and workflows.
- Lead and develop a team of Abuse specialists.
- Build proactive monitoring across domains, websites and related infrastructure.
- Identify new abuse patterns, vulnerabilities and potential threats.
- Handle complex cases involving DMCA, trademark complaints, URS, UDRP and ICANN complaints.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience within high-risk / grey niches.
- Background at a domain registrar, hosting provider or Brand Protection company.
- Experience building an Abuse function from scratch.
- Experience with automated abuse monitoring and detection.
- Background in Threat Intelligence, Brand Protection or Anti-Fraud.
