We are looking for a Brand Designer who can develop and maintain a strong, consistent visual identity across both digital and offline touchpoints.
You’ll work across a wide range of brand-related projects — from digital campaigns and advertising materials to merchandise, events, and physical brand spaces. We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond individual layouts and understands how to build and evolve a cohesive visual language.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Adapt the existing visual identity to new tasks and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
Create visual solutions for both B2C and B2B communications, adapting the brand’s tone and visual approach to different audiences and business objectives.
Develop and adapt visual materials for digital channels, including websites, landing pages, social media, digital campaigns, display and external advertising.
Develop concepts and designs for merchandise and branded products, including corporate gifts, clothing, accessories, and other brand materials.
Prepare merchandise designs and production-ready files and work with suppliers to ensure the final result meets brand standards.
Develop visual concepts for exhibitions, conferences, events, and offline spaces, including booth graphics, navigation, environmental design, and supporting materials.
Create key visuals and adapt them across different formats, including outdoor advertising, digital banners, print materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the brand book and design guidelines, including visual principles, usage rules, and examples across different channels.
Review internal and external materials to ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Prepare production-ready files for digital and print projects and communicate with print houses, merchandise suppliers, booth builders, and other contractors.
Research visual trends, references, and new approaches to keep the brand modern, recognizable, and relevant while maintaining its visual heritage.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the brand’s visual language.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
Proven professional experience specifically in brand design, with hands-on experience creating, developing, and maintaining visual identities.
Strong understanding of how to build a cohesive visual system and scale it across different formats and brand touchpoints.
Strong visual culture and design awareness, with a good understanding of current trends in design, typography, composition, and digital and offline communications.
Ability to distinguish strong visual solutions from generic or template-based approaches and clearly explain your design decisions.
A strong and relevant portfolio demonstrating branding, visual identity, and communication projects.
Experience working across both digital and offline formats, including websites, social media, advertising, merchandise, exhibition stands, and other brand materials.
Strong understanding of brand consistency and the ability to maintain a recognizable visual language across different audiences, formats, and business objectives.
Ability to work independently and take design projects from concept through to final implementation.
Attention to detail and the ability to work within an established visual identity while also identifying opportunities to evolve it.
Experience in iGaming, betting, gaming, or related industries will be a plus, but is not required.
Most importantly, strong brand design expertise and the ability to quickly understand a new product, audience, and industry.
