This isn't a redesign job. We're not looking for someone to rebuild the store or reinvent the brand.
We're looking for a designer who can take an existing page and design the specific change we want to test - a new PDP layout, a reworked add-to-cart section, a different way of showing shade options. Small, sharp, focused work. Lots of it.
What you'll actually be doing
Designing test variants: focused changes to pages we already have, not full page builds from scratch
Working across PDPs, collection pages, cart, homepage sections and the modules in between - sticky ATC, badges, upsell blocks, pop-ups, navigation
Designing landers for paid funnels - advertorials, listicles, pre-sell and quiz pages that carry the ad's message through to the buy
Producing multiple takes on the same idea so we can find out which one works
Working inside the existing brand and design system, not around it
Designing mobile first - that's where most of the traffic and most of the problems are
What you need to bring
3+ years designing for e-commerce, ideally DTC
A portfolio that shows conversion work, not just pretty pages - we want to see the before, the after, and what changed
A real understanding of DTC CRO: what makes people buy, where they drop off, and why a page fails
Experience designing landers for paid traffic
Fluent in Figma - clean components, proper auto-layout, files someone else can pick up
Able to design inside someone else's brand guidelines without fighting them
Designing tests for split-tests in multiple variations
Comfortable being told your design lost. Opinions are fine, data settles it.
Nice to have
Beauty, cosmetics or personal care background
Experience designing emails for Klaviyo flows
Experience designing for Shopify stores specifically
Why this role
You'll see the impact of your work in revenue, not in likes
Real traffic - your work goes live and gets measured
Direct line to decision-makers. No six-step approval chain to change a button.
Competitive Salary
Work at one of the fastest growing direct to consumer brands in Europe
