Що робити
- Create and adapt visual materials for Employer Brand projects, internal communications, presentations, events, and educational initiatives.
- Support regular design requests from HR and other internal teams.
- Work with existing brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across materials.
- Prepare digital and print-ready files.
- Collaborate with the Employer Brand team, manage several tasks in parallel, and deliver on time.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of relevant graphic design experience, or a strong junior portfolio.
- Confident skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create and adapt visuals for both digital and print formats.
- Experience with AI tools for creative generation and visual exploration.
