- Blender at production level, 2+ years: modelling, real-scale interiors, mesh repair, UV.
- Architectural visualization you can show: residential interiors built from plans or drawings, not only game assets.
- Photoreal rendering (Cycles or equivalent) and camera animation in Blender.
- You read a floor plan fluently: dimensions, scale, door swings, ceiling heights from annotations.
Що пропонуємо
- AI-video or hybrid-still work generated from 3D frames (any video model).
- Unreal or Unity real-time interior work.
- Blender Python scripting.
- Paid test, before the full build: one room from a real floor plan — model it in Blender at real scale, one camera move, one low-fidelity preview render and one photoreal still matching a supplied palette reference. Flat fee $150, agreed in advance, paid on delivery.
- Full-time, full remote. Salary $1,500–2,500 NET per month depending on level.
