We are currently looking for a strong Automation QA Team Lead who will lead our QA automation direction, manage a QA team, and improve overall product quality and testing practices.
What you’ll do
Build and improve test automation strategy and processes
Lead, mentor, and support a team of QA Engineers
Conduct code reviews and support engineers’ growth
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites
Improve QA practices, tools, and test coverage
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
Participate in release planning and risk assessment
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in QA Automation
1+ year of experience in a QA Lead or similar role
Strong Python skills (must-have)
Hands-on experience with frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Pytest
Experience with API testing
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Experience designing and maintaining test automation architecture
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to have
Experience with performance testing
Experience with cloud environments
Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
