We are building an early-stage AI-native B2B product in the talent technology space and are looking for a strong Founding AI Engineer to join at the MVP stage.
You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of the product’s technical architecture and development from 0 → 1.
Key Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong backend and full-stack development skills
Hands-on experience with production AI/LLM applications
Experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, tool calling, and structured outputs
Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and integrations
Ability to design product architecture from scratch
Strong product thinking and ability to work independently
Experience building and launching products from 0 → 1
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
What You’ll Do
Build the first version of an AI-native B2B product
Own core technical architecture and engineering decisions
Develop AI-powered workflows and agentic systems
Build backend, product interfaces, and external integrations
Design scalable data architecture
Take the product from MVP to real-world usage
Help shape the future engineering team and technology roadmap

RAG, embeddings, semantic search, or vector databases
Agentic workflows and orchestration
Matching or recommendation systems
Knowledge graphs

Experience with high-load or data-intensive products
Previous startup or founding-engineer experience
