About the role
High-volume Meta + YouTube ad creator. Target pace ~1 finished ad per hour when fed. You build fully end-to-end AI workflows — think AI cartoon / story-style ads where a whole ~60–90s spot can come from one strong prompt + pipeline, then light human polish.
Daily stack: Higgsfield + CapCut (Premiere, Kling, Runway, or similar AI video tools welcome).
Must have worked in a Meta + Google/YouTube ads agency (or perf team next to buyers) so you already know which hooks, angles, styles, and formats work.
What you’ll do
Design and run prompt → generate → edit → caption → export pipelines for Meta and YouTube (Higgsfield + CapCut / similar)
Ship mass output: feed/Reels + YouTube shorts and longer performance cuts
Build story/cartoon/animated AI ads end-to-end (FruitStories-style / AI narrative spots), not only UGC talking heads
Multiply winners into variants fast; hand clean packs to media buyers
Optional: push hooks/angles when you see what converts
Must-have
Portfolio of Meta and YouTube/Google paid ads you made inside an agency or buying team
Hands-on Higgsfield + CapCut (or equivalent AI video + edit stack) — proven end-to-end AI video workflows, not “CapCut + a filter”
AI-native speed + quality (~1/hr when briefs/refs are ready)
Taste for hooks, angles, formats that work in paid Meta/YouTube
EN enough for briefs and on-screen copy
