Oversee incident management and escalation processes for production automation issues, ensuring timely resolution and root-cause analysis
Evaluate emerging automation and AI technologies (RPA platforms, LLM providers, orchestration frameworks, agentic tooling) and make recommendations on adoption
Manage vendor and tool relationships (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, AI platform providers), including licensing, contracts, and platform strategy
Drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, data, security, and compliance teams to ensure automation and AI initiatives meet organizational policies and standards
Create and maintain documentation standards, architecture guidelines, and knowledge-sharing practices across the team
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience in automation engineering, software engineering, or AI/ML development, including hands-on work with RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar)
Demonstrated experience integrating AI/LLM technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, or similar) into production systems
Strong hands-on proficiency in Python (or similar) with a track record of shipping production code
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and grow technical teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
