Contact and qualify potential clients by processing incoming requests and using active search tools to generate leads.
Leverage AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, or similar) to design, automate, and execute scalable cold outreach strategies across primary channels, with a heavy focus on LinkedIn.
Build, enrich, and segment targeted lead databases using automated AI workflows and data scraping tools.
Utilize generative AI to craft tailored value propositions, email sequences, multi-touch follow-ups, and custom outreach scripts at high volume without sacrificing quality or relevance.
Prepare Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and multichannel outbound sequences (LinkedIn, email, or hybrid) to engage various target personas, including technical and executive-level decision-makers.

From 2-3 years of experience in sales, either as an AI-Driven Lead Generation Manager or another sales role.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for lead generation (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude for copywriting/outreach customization, Clay, Seamless ai, or Apollo AI features).
Ability to write effective prompts for custom AI outreach workflows and content customization at scale.
Proficiency in using tools like HubSpot (or alternative CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales automation & acceleration at scale/ Snov.io, Linked Helper, etc.
Strong written communication skills in English (at least Intermediate).
