Forte Group is looking for a Delivery Manager who will be a part of our technology management team involved in designing team compositions, recruitment, and building and supporting software engineering teams through all evolution phases. You will work in various complexity setups, typically consisting of several Agile teams that incrementally build software platforms and provide engineering support to our clients, with a strong focus on delivering business value.
We are looking for a Delivery Manager at Forte who is technically savvy and has knowledge of Agile SDLC, Product Management, Solution Architecture, QA, DevOps, and SRE practice, and has practical experience with AI tools and Agentic setups used to boost performance through all stages of the SDLC. You should deeply understand the concept of AI Agents, multi-agent frameworks, and autonomous workflows, and know how to integrate them into traditional engineering teams.
You will contribute both by leading commercial engagements and participating in internal improvement initiatives, including cross-geo collaboration between delivery units located in North/South America and Europe. As a Delivery Manager you will also participate on-demand in sales activities, helping with account management and marketing efforts in Forte (for example, by presenting your client’s AI-driven business cases).
We are looking for a person who has already practiced AI in SDLC, and who can facilitate, design, and guide the introduction of AI-enabled and Agentic workflows across the software engineering team in Product Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance, and DevOps.
About the Project(s)
This initiative is a portfolio-level program focused on driving organization-wide AI transformation across the Product and Software Development Life Cycles (PDLC/SDLC) within individual portfolio companies of a major private equity group. Rather than treating AI as an isolated tooling update, we restructure the engineering process through an “AI-first” and Agentic AI lens, redesigning target operating models to fundamentally accelerate business outcomes.
The transformation involves mapping delivery bottlenecks, design-optimizing resource-heavy workstreams like software configuration or codebase validation, and integrating autonomous multi-agent frameworks directly into daily workflows. Working via a blended-team approach, we build hybrid delivery setups where human engineers and AI agents co-develop, simultaneously upskilling internal teams to ensure long-term ownership. By combining process automation, change management, and strict metric-driven baselining, this program steers portfolio organizations away from traditional execution models into sophisticated, highly efficient, and agent-driven engineering ecosystems.
Responsibilities in Team Management
Delivery Manager will have the opportunity to build, grow and transform teams in Forte, in direct collaboration with the Engineering Management and business Stakeholders at the client side, in a way to make sure the team in Forte has sufficient number of engineers in the agreed locations, with required roles and qualifications, aligned according to the team structure, trained in the agreed ways of working and tools, properly onboarded, provided with everything required for productive work, accounts, permissions, accesses and else. You will also maintain transparency and provide clear visibility over Forte teams’ performance and deliverables towards management both in Forte and at the client side.
