Що робити
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from planning through field deployment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams — hardware, embedded, software, and AI/DSP — to keep delivery aligned with the agreed architecture and timeline.
- Build and maintain delivery plans, schedules, and resource allocation across concurrent workstreams.
- Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client on delivery status, timelines, and scope changes.
Що очікуємо
- Solid background in the IT/Tech industry with a strong understanding of product development life cycles.
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, program, or project management roles involving hardware, embedded, or complex software systems.
- Proven experience delivering projects that combine hardware, embedded, and software components.
- Strong organizational and cross-team coordination skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Understanding of field constraints: latency, reliability, maintainability, and real-world operational conditions.
