Що робити
- Building relationships with partners: Maintaining and developing cooperation with existing partners. Ensuring profitability growth through active communication and analysis of partner campaigns.
- Attracting new partners: Searching for and connecting new partners to expand the network. Conducting negotiations and signing profitable agreements.
- Performance analysis: Continuous monitoring and analysis of partners' performance. Defining KPIs for partners and monitoring their implementation. Providing regular reports and recommendations for improving performance.
- Budget management: Control of the marketing budget and achievement of maximum ROI. Collaboration with analysts to optimise cost efficiency.
- Brand promotion: Participation in industry events (exhibitions, conferences) to represent the company. Development and implementation of a strategy to promote the affiliate programme brand.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the global markets
- Strong understanding of online marketing, affiliate tracking, and analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills. That requires an advanced English level.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret affiliate performance data.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
