- Traffic & Scale: Proven track record of launching and scaling organic traffic engines that directly contributed to significant subscriber growth, viral campaigns, and multi-million view milestones.
- Leadership: Extensive experience building, structuring, and managing cross-functional creative and marketing teams from scratch.
- Expertise: Deep, strategic understanding of social media algorithms, platform distribution policies, video formats, and digital monetization models.
- Analytics: Highly analytical mindset with advanced skills in tracking, interpreting, and presenting key performance metrics to the executive board.
