- Work closely with the team on positioning and offers

- Experience running low-budget experiments to test channels, audiences, and messaging
- Experience launching and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
- Ability to build marketing campaigns that actually convert, not just generate traffic
- Strong analytical approach — decisions based on numbers, not guesses
- Ability to work independently and generate new testing ideas
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with B2B or IT services lead generation
- Experience with outbound channels: LinkedIn, cold email, communities, marketplaces
- Content and creative production skills
- Experience working on a revenue-share or commission model
