- Own and grow ad revenue across the in-house portfolio
- Manage placements, formats, frequency capping, and ad load strategy
- Configure and optimize mediation setup: network mix, waterfall structure, bidding, and floor prices
- Diagnose and resolve eCPM and ad ARPDAU drops across geos and segments
- Balance ad monetization pressure against user retention
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in ad monetization for mobile games, with live projects and real traffic
- Hands-on experience with mediation platforms: AppLovin MAX, ironSource LevelPlay, AdMob, or similar
- Strong working knowledge of waterfall, bidding, floor prices, and geo-based segmentation
- Solid understanding of f2p economics: LTV, retention, ARPDAU, UA payback
- Business-oriented, hypothesis-driven approach to decision-making — always weighing impact against effort/cost
