Що робити

• Financial Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Maintain accurate ledgers for both the Lithuanian and Ukrainian entities.
• Cost Allocation: Separating R&D, commercial, and classified defense project expenditure
• Asset Management & Documentation: Manage and track all internal transfers and cross-border imports and exports
• Manage authorized intercompany loan agreements and ensure financial movements follow standard transfer pricing and documentation conventions.
• Expense Compliance: Enforce strict expense policies, including the rejection of personal/non-business expenses (eg, food receipts)
