Що робити
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and meet their business needs and objectives with help of our services
- Collaborating with our technical teams to find new opportunities within accounts
- Identifying opportunities for additional services that the company can provide to clients
- Providing regular internal updates and reports on accounts status, performance, and any other relevant metrics
- Ensuring clients’ satisfaction with help of regularly conducted meetings — receive feedback, manage it, and act accordingly to improve continuously
Що очікуємо
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills, with genuine interest in understanding clients and developing long-term partnerships
- Previous experience in account management or customer service at least 2 years
- Experience working in the IT industry in the outstaffing or outsourcing sector
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to managing multiple accounts, priorities, follow-ups, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong ownership and reliability — ability to take responsibility for commitments and consistently follow through
