Що робити
- Own a portfolio of publisher and demand partner accounts, serving as the primary strategic point of contact
- Lead endpoint integrations via OpenRTB across both supply and demand sides
- Monitor and optimize performance across ad servers, SSPs, and quality tools, proactively identifying issues, mismatches, and revenue growth opportunities
- Daily monitoring of performance of managed accounts
- Communicate with partners and represent Luna Media’s standards externally, while coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams
Що очікуємо
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or above;
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Excel;
- Previous experience in customer service is required;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
