Що робити
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build strong client relationships, gather feedback, identify risks, and resolve cooperation issues
- Coordinate communication between clients, developers, recruitment, finance, and management
- Maintain regular communication with developers regarding project status, workload, and challenges
- Identify upsell and account growth opportunities
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IT
- At least 1 recent year as an Account Manager in an IT outsourcing/outstaffing company
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Strong communication, ownership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
