Що робити

  • Manage a portfolio of buyers and work directly with high-intent buyers
  • Identify and recover missed revenue opportunities
  • Help customers find the right freelancer
  • Source and match the right freelancer based on skills, experience, budget, and timeline
  • Monitor buyer activity and address drop-offs or stalled opportunities

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or other relevant experience
  • 1+ in an Account Manager position( recent experience) in the outsourcing/outsaffing companies
  • B2+ level of English
  • Experience in delivering quality services to clients
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
