Що робити
- Client Support: Provide prompt, effective support via chat (and occasional video calls when needed) aligned with company standards.
- Onboarding: Onboard new clients, walk them through our service, set proper expectations, and build trust from day one.
- Account Management: Deliver and manage ad accounts, handle appeals, monitor statuses/spend, and manage ID reviews.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve account issues, bans, unlocks, and proxy errors, keeping clients in the loop throughout the process.
- Client Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and actively support the retention of existing clients.
Що очікуємо
- Experience: A solid background in affiliate marketing or media buying is a must.
