Що робити

  • Work closely with customers as a first level of assistance to set up platform for them, ensure that all technical requirements were met;
  • Supporting client in integration process as a middlemen between client team and technical team;
  • Communicate directly with clients, prepare documents to close deals, answer all questions and support requests;
  • Work closely with internal sales, support, technical teams to be sure that client has all necessary assistance;
  • Maintain close relationship with existing clients, provide them with any support they need to help them reach their monetary goals.

Що очікуємо

  • Proven experience in B2B customer support/account management/client success;
  • Ability to have serious conversations around technical subject;
  • Experience in working with partners from abroad;
  • Detail oriented, positive attitude, punctuality, ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadline;
  • Understanding of e-commerce and technical side of using payment cards;
