Identify, build, and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, brands, publishers, and programmatic partners.
Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and closing.
Develop strategic partnerships within the Polish digital advertising ecosystem.
Represent Start.io at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Що очікуємо
3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management within AdTech.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem.
Experience working with European clients and partners.
Proven track record of acquiring new business and achieving revenue targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
