Source and identify relevant opportunities on Upwork, focusing on ICP fit, deal size and overall business potential;
Prepare and submit high-quality bids, adapting messaging when needed to improve relevance and response rates;
Maintain a consistent bidding pipeline, balancing volume with quality and conversion potential;
Perform initial qualification of opportunities based on relevance, budget, and scope realism, focusing on high-conversion leads;
