Same core workflow (tracking, ATS scoring, cover letters); different priorities on what to charge for.

Does Trackr's match score work the same way Teal's does?

Both compare your CV against the job description and return a number plus missing keywords. Teal uses keyword-density matching; Trackr uses an LLM that also returns concrete line rewrites. The output you act on is similar; Trackr's rewrites save the additional step of figuring out what to actually change.

Can I migrate my Teal job tracker to Trackr?

Teal does not currently expose a CSV export, so manual re-entry is the path. For boards under 100 jobs that takes about 15 minutes (paste each link into Trackr's add-job form, parser fills the rest). For larger boards, contact Teal support for an export. We are also planning a generic CSV importer for Q3.
