Power BI has the most openings in Ukraine and Europe due to the Microsoft footprint. Tableau dominates the US and large enterprises. Looker is growing in data-mature companies on BigQuery. Pick whatever your target jobs use, switching between them takes 2-3 weeks.
Not critical, but very useful. Basic pandas and requests expand what you can do for ad-hoc analysis and automation, especially when the BI tool can't reach a data source. At senior level, Python is increasingly expected by default.
