Noltic is an IT company that has been successfully working in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2017, providing consulting, implementation, and full-cycle development.
Our day-to-day job is helping clients move their processes onto modern platforms and automate them. Now we’re doing the same for ourselves: we’re moving our own financial and management accounting from Excel to Xero so that we can work in it full-time starting January 2027.
We’re looking for a specialist who will own the migration end to end: plan it, prepare the data, import it, and verify the results, with minimal involvement from our team. The scope covers data for 2024, 2025, and 2026, as well as historical data from earlier periods.
What we’re looking for
Hands-on experience migrating data into Xero, ideally for IT or service companies
Understanding of management accounting in IT: project and client-level tracking, multi-currency revenue, contractors
Strong Excel skills for large datasets (Power Query, pivot tables, data cleanup)
Independence: you organize the process yourself and come to the team only with targeted questions
English level A2+, enough to work with the Xero interface and documentation
Ukrainian language and an understanding of how Ukrainian businesses operate
What you’ll be doing
Review our Excel files and build a migration plan: what moves, in what order, and in what format
Find the most efficient import approaches given Xero’s automation limits
Clean, transform, and prepare data in Xero-ready formats
Set up the structure the import depends on: chart of accounts, currencies, and tracking categories for management reporting (projects, clients, business lines)
Run the imports and reconcile the results against the source data
Ensure the data is complete and accurate, with opening balances fixed as of 01.01.2027
Prepare short documentation so the team can continue working in Xero from January
Will be a plus
Experience with data transformation and migration tools (Power Query, Python, Zapier/Make, Xero import services)
Xero Advisor certification
Experience with multi-year, high-volume migrations
