• Stay hands-on and set the bar for web project quality.
• Present and defend the work directly to clients. Lead the room, in fluent English, from first concept to final sign-off.
• Partner with the Design Director on quality standards and Web Design practices.
• Lead design reviews, critique, and knowledge sharing across the team.
