Rebrand Content Migration & Updates: Updating existing content and building new pages and posts across the StiboSystems.com network in line with the new brand guidelines, templates, and design system. This may include text, images, videos, metadata, or other multimedia elements.
Landing Page and Post Creation: Building new landing pages, web pages, and resource posts using existing HubSpot modules — including layout, image adjustments, and content placement — ensuring everything adheres to the new brand’s templates, style, and objectives.
Translation Management via HubSpot Breeze AI: Managing multilingual versions of pages and posts using HubSpot’s Breeze AI translation features — generating, reviewing, and refining AI-translated content, ensuring translations are accurate, on-brand, and correctly linked to their source pages across all supported languages.
URL & Structural Housekeeping: Updating URLs, redirects, and internal linking as pages are migrated or restructured as part of the rebrand, to preserve SEO/AEO value and avoid broken links.
Assisting the Web Development Manager with Communication: Providing project progress updates, communicating with stakeholders regarding ticket progress, attending daily SCRUM meetings on scheduled workdays, etc.

At least a few years of experience in a similar role or a close set of responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with managing websites that are HubSpot CMS-based.
Experience with, or strong willingness to quickly learn, HubSpot’s Breeze AI translation tools (managing translated page/post versions, not building the underlying translation logic).
Knowledge of SEO and experience with basic design tasks; awareness of how URL and structural changes affect SEO during a rebrand or migration.
Proficiency in written and spoken English for daily communication with teammates around the world; comfort reviewing translated content for accuracy and tone even without fluency in the target language.
