- 7+ years of experience in ops, consulting, finance, business analysis, strategy, operational leadership.
- Experience working in high-performance environments (Big4, consulting, startups, product companies, operationally complex businesses).
- Strong analytical and structured thinking.
- Experience building or redesigning operational processes and systems.
- Strong experience with process automation, dashboards, reporting, and operational visibility.
