- Build and evolve content strategy with the team: pillars, formats, funnel logic from TOF to BOF.
- Research what's working on TikTok, Reels and Shorts, and translate it into formats we can repeat.
- Write hooks, scripts and creator briefs detailed enough to film without follow-up questions.
- Work directly with UGC creators: brief them, give feedback on drafts, raise the quality bar.
- Know our audience's pains and the product deeply, and make both visible in every video.

- Experience creating content yourself (you've filmed, edited or run your own account).
- Background in a SaaS, AI or creator-economy product.
- Experience managing a pool of freelancers or creators.
