We are a licensed iGaming product focused on the Ukrainian market, currently in a phase of rapid growth and scaling, with a clear ambition — to become the #1 choice for players in Ukraine.

We are looking for a VIP Team Lead who will take full ownership of the VIP direction and play in building a high-performing VIP function for high-value players.

This is not just an operational role — it’s an opportunity to shape the VIP strategy, influence key business metrics, and build a scalable system for long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Own and drive the VIP strategy, focusing on acquisition, retention, and revenue growth of high-value players

Build, lead, and scale a high-performing VIP team

Analyze player behavior and identify high-impact growth opportunities

Develop and implement advanced segmentation models (pre-VIP / VIP / HVP)

Design and optimize personalized VIP offers, loyalty mechanics, and engagement campaigns

Proactively identify churn risks and drive reactivation strategies

Work closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Analytics to enhance VIP experience and monetization

Continuously improve processes, tools, and communication flows to maximize efficiency and scalability

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in iGaming, with a strong focus on VIP / High-Value сегмент

Proven track record of driving retention and revenue growth through VIP strategies

Deep understanding of player lifecycle, loyalty mechanics, and engagement models

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Customer.io is a plus)

Experience working with Tier-1 markets

Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions

Experience leading teams and building processes from scratch is a strong advantage

Multichannel communication experience (calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, email)

English level: Intermediate+ or higher
