We are looking for a VIP Sport Manager who will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to our most valued sports betting players. You will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring a premium betting experience through tailored support, proactive engagement, and a deep understanding of sportsbook users. This role requires a client-first mindset, a passion for sports, and the ability to build long-term relationships with high-value players.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Provide personalized, premium support to VIP sports betting clients via chat, email, phone, and messengers.
Resolve complex issues related to sports bonuses, bet settlements, limits, payments, and account verification.
Monitor daily player betting activity, tracking gaming patterns and identifying high-value turnover.
Design and offer personalized sports bonuses, tailored promotional campaigns, and exclusive rewards alignment with major sporting events.
Conduct proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and celebrate player milestones to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
Identify at-risk sports bettors and implement effective retention and churn-prevention strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the global sports calendar to anticipate VIP player activity during major tournaments and championships.
Collaborate effectively with Customer Support, Trading/Risk departments, Product, and CRM teams to optimize the VIP sports experience.
Share client insights and feedback to help improve the Sportsbook product and internal processes.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:
Previous experience in Customer Support within iGaming, preferably Sportsbook (Casino experience is also acceptable).
Strong understanding of sports betting, including odds, bet types, promotions, and sportsbook mechanics.
Deep knowledge of major sports such as Football, Tennis, Basketball, Ice Hockey, and Esports, as well as key international sporting events.
Experience working with VIP or high-value customers and building long-term client relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret player activity and identify retention opportunities.
Experience working with CRM systems, support platforms, and back-office tools.
Excellent communication skills and English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and major live sporting events.
WOULD BE A PLUS:
Experience as a VIP Account Manager within an iGaming or Sportsbook environment.
Knowledge of German, Spanish, French, or other European languages.
Passion for niche sports or emerging Esports disciplines.
