Що робити

Transfer your personal portfolio of VIP/High Roller players to our platform within the agreed timeframe (typically 1–3 months).
Build long-term relationships with VIP clients and provide exceptional 24/7 personalised support.
Achieve NGR targets, maintain churn below target levels, and reactivate dormant High Roller players.
Create and manage personalised offers, cashback, bonuses, free bets, gifts, and exclusive events.
Communicate with VIP clients via messengers, calls, and meetings when required.

1.5+ years of experience in iGaming, specifically within the VIP/High Roller segment of an online casino or sportsbook.
A personal portfolio of at least 5–10 active High Roller players with proven monthly deposits ranging approximately from $50,000 to $200,000+.
Ability and willingness to transfer clients to our platform during the first 1–3 months.
Strong understanding of GGR, NGR, LTV, Churn Rate, bonus calculations, cashback structures, and personalised reward programs.
Experience working with casino back-office systems, CRM platforms, and messaging applications.
