Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in iGaming within VIP Management, Retention, or Player Support.
- Strong understanding of VIP player lifecycle and retention strategies.
- Experience working with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive approach with confidence in outbound communication.
