  • Manage a portfolio of VIP players and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through chat, email, and messengers.
  • Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
  • Develop personalized offers, promotions, and loyalty campaigns based on player preferences.
  • Reactivate inactive VIP players through tailored communication.

Що очікуємо

  • 1+ year of experience in VIP Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or Retention within iGaming.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced English (B2–C1); additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
