- Architecture & Logic: Dive deep into the client's business ideas, design high-level app architecture, and break down requirements (this is critical for team estimations).
- UX Design: Gather and analyze requirements, create detailed user flows, Customer Journey Maps (CJMs), and interactive prototypes.
- UI Design: Create complete, modern designs for mobile and web apps in Figma (from concept to a clickable prototype).
- Developer Handoff: Carefully prepare designs for developers — creating absolutely all screen states, edge cases, error states, and interactive elements.
