On behalf of our reputable client, we’re looking for a world-class Lead Designer to help shape a growing SaaS product. You’ll lead projects end-to-end while collaborating closely with engineering & clients. We expect a broad range of design skills and exceptional taste. You’ll join a profitably growing and ambitious team of 25 people!

Your work will have a large impact. We have about 10K daily active users on our mobile and web apps. They manage expense claims, payroll data, time tracking and corporate card usage — all while getting real-time insights into their spending. Our goal is to minimize the time needed for financial reporting and deliver an exceptional user experience.
You’ll get the best of both worlds: the stability of a larger group (700+ people) with the agility and culture of a small, nimble product team of 25.
What we’re looking for
A track record of working in high-performing startup environments.
A portfolio showcasing successful product work loved by users.
Talent for simplifying complicated user journeys into intuitive experiences.
Strong prototyping abilities with emphasis on clear visual communication.
Outstanding command of visual design, UI patterns and interaction principles.
Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
Bonus: Experience in Fintech or B2B SaaS.
Bonus: Experience in product management.
Bonus: Fluent in Finnish or Swedish.
