- Developing and scaling YouTube Ads as a new customer acquisition channel;
- Planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling YouTube Ads campaigns to achieve target KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CAC);
- Identifying new opportunities to grow sales through YouTube without compromising the cost-effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- Maintaining and further optimizing existing Search and Shopping campaigns to ensure that achieved results are sustained and built upon;
- Developing and testing new hypotheses regarding audiences, creatives, offers, bidding strategies, and account structure;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience working with Google Ads;
- Hands-on experience launching and scaling YouTube Ads (Video Action, Demand Gen, In-Stream, Shorts);
- Experience managing Search and Shopping campaigns;
- Solid understanding of bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Maximize Conversions, Maximize Conversion Value);
- Experience working with Performance Max;
