- Launch and optimize ad campaigns in Meta Ads.
- Test hypotheses across audiences, creatives and offers.
- Scale winning campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and drive growth and profitability.
- Work closely with the in-house creative team.

- Experience with the US market.
- Deep hands-on experience with Facebook Ads.
- Experience managing large budgets: $100k+ monthly spend.
- Proven scaling experience.
- Performance analytics.
