We're seeking a talented Unreal Engine Developer to build realistic simulations and immersive VR experiences for clients in the US and Europe, including training scenarios and architectural or industrial visualization. Core Competence:
At least 3 years of professional experience in game development, simulation development, or real-time 3D applications, with strong C++ and Unreal Engine skills.
Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5, including Blueprints.
Experience delivering at least one VR, simulation, or visualization project that can be demonstrated through a portfolio, video, or repository.
Strong understanding of performance profiling and optimization in Unreal Engine, particularly for VR applications.
Experience with Git or Perforce and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to build interactive scenarios with gameplay logic, branching, scoring, or session tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with OpenXR and Meta Quest development in Unreal Engine.
Knowledge of Pixel Streaming for browser-based delivery of interactive 3D experiences.
Familiarity with Datasmith, Twinmotion, or workflows involving architectural and CAD data.
Experience with multiplayer systems and network replication.
Experience integrating backend APIs, analytics, or AI services for voice-enabled and LLM-driven characters.
Upper-intermediate level of English for clear and effective communication with international clients.
