Що робити
- Independently drive the full design cycle for new projects using AI-first workflows (from discovery to final UI);
- Rapidly generate and validate user flows, IA, and UX concepts using AI tools before moving to UI;
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI designs with a strong focus on speed, iteration, and clarity;
- Use AI tools systematically to accelerate research, ideation, UX definition, UI generation, and design exploration (not occasionally, but as a core workflow);
- Produce multiple design variations (3–5+) for key screens to support faster decision-making;
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI) for SaaS, web, or enterprise applications;
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong experience in both UX and UI design;
- Strong UX skills: user flows, information architecture, and product thinking;
- Experience working in fast-paced delivery environments (fixed price projects is a strong plus);
- Hands-on experience using AI tools as a core part of the design workflow);
