What you'll own
Design the core product experience — onboarding, biomarker dashboards, health story, protocol delivery
Build and maintain the design system from scratch across web and mobile
Own brand application across digital touchpoints — visual language, hierarchy, tone
Contribute to marketing assets when the product moment calls for it
Work directly with the founder; no layers, no committees, no long feedback loops

You're comfortable in ambiguity; you don't need a brief to start moving
Fast decisions are still good decisions for you — because you've internalised enough craft that speed doesn't mean cutting the wrong things
