ZentixSoft is looking for a UI/UX Designer (Outstaff) 🎨
At ZentixSoft, we follow the "People over processes" principle. We are expanding our digital product design direction for our international enterprise partners and are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who thinks in systems, not just interfaces.
The Engagement Model: This is an Outstaffing role.
Project Details: 📍 Remote (Ukraine or Eastern Europe preferred, European timezone overlap required). ⏳ Part-time first month ➡️ Full-time long-term cooperation. 🚀 Start: ASAP.
Our Expectations:
🔹 Design Systems & Figma: Advanced Figma expertise (component libraries, variables, auto-layout, tokens) and a proven track record of managing scalable Design Systems.
🔹 Modular Thinking: Deep understanding of responsive, component-driven, and modular design principles.
🔹 Product Evolution: Ability to translate business requirements into scalable UI/UX patterns and support future expansions (Social Media MDS, Email MDS). 🔹 Agile & Dev Sync: Experience collaborating closely with developers and working within Agile workflows. 🔹 Communication: English level B2+ (upper-intermediate) for independent remote alignment with international stakeholders. 🔹 Nice to have: Understanding of Drupal CMS (or basic development experience), localization workflows, or experience in regulated industries like Pharma/Healthcare.
