We are opening applications for our UI/UX Design Internship Program for those who are passionate about design and want to start their career creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Through this program, you will develop practical skills, learn industry best practices, and work closely with experienced mentors.
We don’t expect you to know everything. We value curiosity, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to learn much more than knowledge of a specific design tool or process.
💡 What you will do:
work on practical assignments to develop and strengthen your skills;
learn the fundamentals of product design and user-centered design practices;
create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes;
contribute to UI designs and design system components;
collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members;
participate in design reviews and feedback sessions;
explore modern design tools and learn how AI can support research, ideation, content creation, and productivity;
gradually get involved in real product development workflows.
🧠 What we are looking for:
completed or ongoing UX/UI Design courses or bootcamps;
proficiency in Figma;
understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design practices;
basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS);
understanding of user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototyping;
attention to detail and the ability to work within deadlines;
willingness to learn, develop new skills, and receive feedback;
curiosity about modern technologies, design trends, and AI-powered tools;
strong communication and teamwork skills;
responsibility, proactiveness, and a problem-solving mindset;
English level: B2.

📋 Our Hiring Process:
Test Task;
Intro Interview — 30 min;
Technical Interview — up to 60 min;
Final Interview — 45 min.
