Dream2Team is looking for a Treasury Manager for our partner, an international performance marketing company working with advertisers and publishers worldwide.
You will take ownership of daily treasury operations, from international payments and bank relationships to cash monitoring and reporting. You will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the Financial Controller, Finance and Legal teams.
What you’ll do
Monitor daily cash balances across company accounts and ensure sufficient funds for upcoming payments.
Execute and control international payments through banks and payment platforms, checking payment details, supporting documents and approvals.
Manage bank account openings, KYC/AML updates, transaction queries and banking fees.
Handle crypto payment flows, ensuring accurate execution, reconciliation and documentation.
Support cash flow forecasting and short-term liquidity planning.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on cash balances, movements and treasury KPIs.
Maintain treasury records for audits and compliance reviews.
Resolve payment issues with banks, providers and internal teams, and suggest practical process improvements.
What we’re looking for
At least 3 years of experience in treasury, payments or cash management.
A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
Hands-on experience with international payments, banking operations, account openings and KYC procedures.
Experience using payment platforms such as Tipalti, Payoneer, Wise or similar services.
Strong Excel skills and experience preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
English at B1-В2 level , both written and spoken, including communication with banks and payment providers.
Attention to detail, good time management and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Clear, tactful communication and the ability to build productive relationships across teams.
Experience that would be a plus
Crypto payments and wallets.
Affiliate marketing, digital businesses, fintech or other international environments.
ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP or Oracle.
FX operations and liquidity management.
